Production Log 2

What progress did you make since your previous entry?
Since my previous entry when I recorded the Skype interview with professor Griffiths of Barts university last  week,  I have completed interviewing Head of respiratory DR John Dickinson at Kent university this week the  interview was all about  how professional sports star who  have asthma can overcome this respiratory condition. The third professional I have also interviewed was fitness expert Annette Foulds in which the interview was all about which exercises that are suitable and unstable for asthmatic suffers to do when exercising . I also interviewed a medical expert who works for GlaxoSmithKline and this interview was all about the medication that suffers can use.

What logistical challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?
The logistical challenges that I face this week was getting in contact with the expert that I am going to interview to  schedule what date they are free to have this interview.  Which will be recorded and what location would be suitable for them to, contribute to this interview and what they think about this respiratory disease. When I interviewed the fitness expert Annette Foulds the logistical challenges that I have to face this week was finding out what time that she is free to have the interview as she is a very busy professional.

What technical challenges did you face this week and how did you overcome them?
The technical challenges that I have faced this week was when interviewing the fitness expert, when recording the interview there was too much noise over the recording.  I couldn't hear what she was saying so I went to the local gym that she goes to to interview her where the sound quality was much better to understand and it was quieter so i could listen what her views are on asthma and the exercise techniques for asthma.

What targets do you aim to achieve before your next entry?
My targets  to achieve before my next entry was to interview the vox pops by asking the general public on what they think about this respiratory disease.
